Whitney Houston Found Underwater

Whitney Houston was found in the bathtub of a Beverly Hills hotel yesterday ... with her face underwater ... people close to Whitney tell TMZ.

According to our sources, her stylist, hairdresser and two bodyguards were among the people in the room at the time. We're told they became worried about Whitney because she had been in the bathroom for over an hour and it was time to start getting ready for the Clive Davis party.

Our sources say they began to knock on the door and there was no answer. We're told the hairdresser, who is female, went in to check on Whitney. She immediately screamed and, according to our sources, one of the bodyguards came running in and pulled her out of the tub.

We're told Whitney's face was below the water and her legs were up ... like she had slid down the back of the tub.

According to our sources, her body was very cold and the bodyguard attempted CPR. That's when hotel security was called.

Paramedics arrived shortly thereafter, but Whitney was pronounced dead at 3:55 PM.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have put their marriage breakdown behind them to reunite in public to promote their new TV show.
The union collapsed last summer and Lopez has since been dating dancer Casper Smart, while Anthony has moved on with Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima.
Following the split, the stars insisted they would continue work on their reality TV show project “Q’Viva! – The Chosen,” which they host and produce, and they put on a united front as they promoted the show at a press event on Saturday in Pasadena, California.
The pair remained friendly throughout the question-and-answer session, with Anthony even grabbing his estranged wife’s hand during the event, and when Lopez was asked about their working relationship, she told reporters, “(It is the) same as it was any other time we worked together. 1 - Make a commitment to a lifetime of fitness, weight loss and fat loss.

This commitment trumps all other fitness commitments. Without it, you will always fall prey to the inevitable obstacles and pitfalls along the way. Get your motivation right!

2 - Be willing to change your eating habits!

Sixty to 70% of your weight loss/fat loss success or failure will depend on good nutrition. Get to know your body and what types of food you are better off not eating. For example, grains/starchy carbohydrates cause some people to not make progress with fat loss.

You must burn more calories than you consume (caloric deficit is needed over time) in order to lose weight and burn body fat. This is the law of thermodynamics. Even if you are a "workout warrior," the law of thermodynamics still apply. You cannot eat as much as you want (or maintain a caloric surplus) and still lose weight! On the opposite end, you can't starve yourself and expect to succeed long-term with weight loss and fat loss. Starvation will cause your body to go into survival mode and store fat!

You’ve seen the ads for diet patches or creams that claim to melt away the pounds. Don’t believe them. There’s nothing you can wear or apply to your skin that will cause you to lose weight. Try your best to get the nutrition you need from the food you eat! Save your money! Supplements have no long-term effect on fat loss and weight loss!

4 - You must change your body composition! You must increase muscle mass to become a “fat-burning machine.”

So, your metabolism will speed up when you build muscle. Concentrate on compound (multi-joint) strength exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, planks and rows because they work and build more muscle groups. Do less single-joint exercises like biceps curls and tricep extensions.

5 - You must do more than cardio exercise to burn body fat, lose weight and change your body composition to “lean and toned!”

Your BMR is the amount of daily calories your body needs to maintain itself. You will use this amount and your daily activity level to set your daily menu. If you use severe calorie restriction (i.e., don’t eat enough), your body will store fat because it will think you are starving. And, you don’t want to lose muscle, you want to lose fat!

8 - Find an accountability partner such as friend, spouse or personal trainer.

This is also a critical step to help you succeed. Don’t try to do your exercise program alone!

9 - Get a fitness assessment performed by a certified personal trainer to identify your postural deficiencies, muscle imbalances, etc.

You need to get started on your program the right way! The trainer can also tailor the program to your individual needs. Two people following the same program can get different results. A personal trainer will take your “body type” into account when designing a fitness program.

10 - Fat loss is more important than weight loss!

If you lose major poundage without strength training, most of your weight loss will be muscle mass. And, this will “slow down” your metabolism. That is why you see some people who are "skinny-fat" (skinny with high body fat). The goal should be to have a “lean and toned” body!

    1- لعل من أكبر الأخطاء التي يرتكبها الواحد منا على صعيده الشخصي- نظره إلى نفسه وكأنه جزيرة معزولة عن كل محيطها, فهو لا يأبه بكل الأشياء الجديدة ،ولا يعبأ بأي تغيير يحدث مهما كان عظيماً, مع أن المتأمل يجد أن الكون كلّه مكوَّّن من مجموعة من المنظومات, ولا يشكّل الإنسان استثناء من القاعدة, فكل مفردة مما في حوزتنا هي عبارة عن جزء من منظومة معينة: الذكاء والمال والجمال والكياسة والمهارة والاستقامة والفكر والفهم.     إن هذه الأشياء تتمتع بوجودين: وجود ذاتي, يمكن قياسه ولمسه وتحديده, ووجود يمكن أن نقول: إنه ( اجتماعي ) ولتوضيح الفكرة يمكن أن نشبه ما لدينا من مهارات وإمكانات... بالورقة النقدية، فهي ذات قيمة نقدية محددة, ف ( الدولار) مثلاً هو الدولار, لكن قوته الشرائية تختلف من بلد إلى بلد, فإذا ذهبت إلى بلد شديد الغلاء مثل( اليابان )وجدت أن الدولار لا يكاد يشتري أي شيء, وإذا ذهبت إلى بلد مثل ( أفغانستان) وجدت أن الدولار يشتري العديد من الأشياء.     إذن لسنا نحن الذين نحدد قيمة ما لدينا, وإنما يحدده ( السوق) بأوسع ما تعنيه هذه الكلمة من معنى, وكما قال أحدهم: ما قيمة الشهادات التي حصلت عليها, وما قيمة الدورات التي حضرتها, وما قيمة نظرة الانبهار التي يمنحك إياها أبواك وإخوتك... ما قيمة كل هذا إذا وجدنا أنك منذ ثلاث سنوات لم تستطع الحصول على وظيفة جيدة مع كثرة بحثك وشدة حاجتك ؟!     هذا يتطلب من كل واحد منّا أن يقوّم كل ما لديه من أفق محيطه ومن خلال القيمة العملية له. قد رأيت بعض الأشخاص الذين يعجبك كلامهم عن الإدارة وعن التطوير والتحديث... لكنهم يعملون في مؤسسات فاشلة, ولهم مع ذلك تأثير محدود فيها !
    2- على مدار التاريخ كانت التقنية هي التي تطور حياة الناس على المستوى العملي؛ السكين والدولاب والآلة البخارية والكهربائية والإلكترونية.. كل ذلك نقل الناس من مرحلة إلى مرحلة أرقى, أما اليوم فإن التقنية تغير في عقول الناس وطموحاتهم وفي نظرتهم لأنفسهم, وقد فازت وسائل الاتصال الحديثة والمتنامية بهذا النوع من التأثير, وصار على كل من يريد أن يكون في المقدمة في أي تخصص من التخصصات أو مجال من المجالات أن يبحث عن موقعه ليس على خريطة بلده, وإنما على خريطة العالم, حيث تقوم العولمة بتهميش كل الاعتبارات المحلية لصالح ما هو عالمي, وإن الذين يصرون على غض الطرف عن هذا المعطى سيتكبدون أفدح الخسائر, وسيدفعون أغلى الأثمان.
    الرسالة المركزة التي أريد أود إيصالها إلى القارئ الكريم عبر هذا المقال هي: عليك أن تفكر في الانتقال من الوضعية التي أنت فيها وأنت في قمة نجاحك, فالأرض تموج من تحت أقدامنا جميعاً والوقوف الطويل عليها لن يكون ممكناً, إلا إذا كنا مستعدين لأن نفقد كل شيء.

فيرجسون يفتح النار: سواريز عار على ليفربول !

أكد المدير الفني لمانشستر يونايتد الإنجليزي، سير أليكس فيرجسون، أن مهاجم ليفربول، الأوروجوائي لوريس سواريز، الذي رفض اليوم مصافحة مدافع "الشياطين الحمر" باتريس إيفرا، "هو عار على ليفربول".

وخاض سواريز لقاء يونايتد الذي انتهى لصالح الأخير 2-1 بعد تنفيذه لعقوبة الإيقاف ثماني مباريات لتوجيهه عبارات عنصرية لإيفرا في 15 أكتوبر الماضي بملعب أنفيلد، تتعلق ببشرته السوداء.

وحاول مدافع ليفربول الفرنسي-السنغالي مصافحة سواريز قبيل انطلاق اللقاء، لكن الأخير رفض مد يده واتجه لحارس الشياطين الحمر، ديفيد دي خيا، مباشرة لمصافحته.

وانبرى زملاء اللاعب الأوروجوائي لإقناعه بالامتثال للوائح والتوجه لتحية إيفرا لكنه رفض من جديد.

وعلق فيرجسون عقب اللقاء "لا يمكن تصديق هذا، بكل صراحة لا يمكن تصديقه"، بعد ان حذر المدرب قبل اللقاء لاعبه إيفرا من احتمال رفض مصافحة اللاعب الأوروجوائي.

وأضاف المدرب "هذا اللاعب عار على ليفربول. لا يجب أن يسمحوا لهذا اللاعب بالعودة للعب معهم من جديد".

وأعرب فيرجسون عن شعوره ب"الإحباط الشديد عقب تصرف هذا اللاعب"، الذي وصفه ب"الفظيع"، والذي كان حسب رأيه "سيتسبب في إحداث اضطرابات بالملعب".

وسجل واين روني هدفي اللقاء لصالح المان يونايتد، فيما احرز سواريز هدف حفظ ماء الوجه لفريقه.

ورفع مان يونايتد بفوزه اليوم رصيده إلى 58 نقطة في المركز الأول مؤقتا بفارق نقطة عن الغريم مانشستر سيتي وفي انتظار ما ستسفر عنه مباراة الأخير وأستون فيلا غدا الاحد.

واستعاد "الشياطين الحمر" نغمة الانتصارات سريعا بعد التعادل في الجولة الماضية أمام تشيلسي (3-3)، بينما غابت الانتصارات عن ليفربول للجولة الثانية على التوالي بعد تعادله أمام توتنهام سلبيا الاثنين الماضي، ليتجمد رصيده عند 39 نقطة في المركز السابع ويفشل في الاقتراب من المربع الذهبي.

وفاة رائد و عالم التنمية البشرية العالم الرائع الدكتور ابراهيم الفقي في نهاية بشعة حيث توفي محترقا ومتفحما داخل شقتة في مكرم عبيد في مدينة نصر اثر اشتعال حريق بالشقة التي يسكن فيها وكان معه شقيقتة وخادمتهم والذين لقوا حتفهم جميعا في هذا الحريق وتقوم حاليا النيابة بمحاولات لتحديد اسباب الوفاة واسباب اشتعال الحريق وقد تقرر ان تتم اجراءات جنازة ودفن الفقيد الراحل الدكتور الفقي وشقيقتة وخادمتهم غدا بعد صلاة الظهر من الاسكندرية ( بجــامع العمري بكرمـــوز ) وقد تقرر ان يقام العزاء بالاسكندرية بحي سيدي بشر - شارع مسجد الفقي

بنكيران يؤكد أن مناصب الشغل المرتقبة ستمنح على أساس الاستحقاق

أكد رئيس الحكومة عبد الإله بنكيران أن مناصب الشغل المرتقبة في قانون المالية 2012 ستخصص "لمن يستحقونها" بعيدا عن أي زبونية أو محسوبية.

وقال بنكيران، في حديث صدر اليوم الإثنين بصحيفة (ليكونوميست)، إن "هناك مناصب مرتقبة في قانون المالية. وسنمنحها لمن يستحقها. الوساطة، والمكالمات الهاتفية، والتحزب، والعائلة، كل ذلك انتهى".

وأشار بالمقابل إلى أنه سيتم اتخاذ إجراءات لمواكبة أصحاب الشواهد العاطلين "كي يصبحوا موظفين لاحقا أو ليتمكنوا من التكفل بأنفسهم على المدى القصير أو المتوسط".

وتطرق الحديث كذلك إلى مناخ الاستثمار بالمغرب، فضلا عن انتقادات المعارضة للبرنامج الحكومي.

وبدا رئيس الحكومة في هذا الصدد مطمئنا، وقال إنه "على المستثمرين إدراك أن الأمور في المغرب تتغير ولكن في الاتجاه الجيد. لدى قدومهم، لن يتفاجأوا سوى بما يعجبهم".

كما أكد أن الحكومة ستأخذ بعين الاعتبار الملاحظات التي أبديت أثناء مناقشة البرنامج الحكومي في البرلمان.

وبخصوص الحد الأدنى للأجور، أوضح بنكيران أن 3000 درهم هو "الهدف الذي ينبغي تحقيقه في سنة 2016"، مبرزا أنه حتى هذا الحد الأدنى للأجور في الدار البيضاء أو الرباط "لا يكفي لضمان مستوى العيش الكريم".

من جهة أخرى، شدد رئيس الحكومة على التزامه بتشجيع المساواة في الولوج لفرص الاستثمار والمشاريع والابتكار، خاصة بإحداث مناصب شغل قارة للشباب المغربي

تعلن وزارة الصحة بأنها ستنظم يوم 03 مارس 2012 بمعهد تكوين التقنيين في النقل و الإسعاف الصحي, حي المستشفيات, الدار البيضاء آنفا, مباراة لتوظيف تقنيين من الدرجة الرابعة (شعبة النقل و الإسعاف الصحي).
و يحدد عدد المناصب المتبارى بشأنها في 30 منصبا, و يخصص 25% منها لفائدة الأشخاص المتوفرين على صفة مقاوم أو مكفول الأمة, أو عسكري قديم, أو محارب قديم و 7 % منها لفائدة الأشخاص المعاقين.
